We offer the latest technologies in Turret Presses with our 2048 Motorum, with a 41 station tool capacity and fully automated load/unload system capable of processing 48"x96" sheets without repositioning. This is a high speed machine that is capable of running lights out, vastly improving our production throughput on a daily basis.
Two identical Turret presses add to our punching capabilities. These machines have a 40"x48" sheet capacity with auto-index and vari-tool stations.
Part inspections are done by our Quality Managers using a Laser Inspection table with a .002" tolerance for inspecting sheet metal flats in seconds. A detailed inspection report can then be generated and emailed out to our customer when required.
