Our Bystronic 2800 watt laser cell has a 5' x 10' sheet capacity with a cutting thickness capacity up to .625" steel plate.
To increase efficiency and prevent damage on more delicate materials, the Laser is equipped with a shuttle table and an auto loader.
The Laser can produce very accurate parts in a variety of materials and thickness.
Part inspections are done by our Quality Managers using a Laser Inspection table with a .002" tolerance for inspecting sheet metal flats in seconds. A detailed inspection report can then be generated and emailed out to our customer when required.
